Tony Forhan, Certified Property Manager for all of Oregon State.

Tony started his career in Property Management with his family in 2008. His family previously owned a very successful real estate company called Tree & Sea Realty out of the Bay Area. Tree & Sea Realty was a full service real estate company with a full property management division. The company also had very close ties and affiliations with Cypress Realty a Property Management company for 25 years. Tony has had 8+ years in media sales successfully selling advertising for Television and Radio as well as owning Forhan Brothers Publishing in 2003 printing and mailing a direct mail publication in the Clark County Washington area. Previously, Tony dedicated 4 years to the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Stuctural Maintenance Technician and manager.

Elsie Forhan, Certified Property Manger for all of Oregon State

Elsie has had a very successful career in real estate for over 20 years. Her and her husband have been married for over 60 years and have dedicated their retirement years to enjoying life, spending time with a loving family, and entertaining relatives that visit from Sweden and Finland regularly. Elsie, orginally from Detroit Michigan, started her career in Real Estate in California with husband Ron. After having two beautiful children, and while teaching piano on the side to earn extra income, the two active parents pursued their Real Estate careers and began buying, selling and managing properties all over the bay area.

Ron Forhan, Certified Property Manager for all of Oregon State

Ron also had a very successful career in real estate for over 20 years. Ron, originally out of Detroit Michigan, comes from a background in outboard motor mechanics, as well as the furniture/appliance buisness. After moving with his wife and son to Soquel California, Ron and Elsie started Tree & Sea realty. 20 successful years in the real estate business afforded Ron and Elsie an early retirement. The two had traveled to Portland often where they fell in love with the area. The two decided to start their new life in Oregon about 15 years ago moving to a quiet setting in the Hillboro hills. Retired and ready for something new, Ron decided to get back into the real estate business focusing on property management.
